I don’t know if you actually read these messages; but, I want to inform you of the service I have received from Arvixe. My doll store is on a server called “Okapi”. My store has been up-and-down now for 8 days. Your employees are telling me the issue is related to server migrations. I don’t understand why the server was not backed up prior to the migration. If it had been backed up, your company could have pointed to the information on the server that was backed up. Instead, they decided to migrate our information on a live server. As a result, our sites are down. When I first contacted Arvixe. Jawad told me he thought the migration should be completed in 90 minutes. Then, he said, it should definitely be up in 12 hours. So, 8 days later–consisting of 90-minute and 12-hour chunks–my site is still down.
This is EXTREMELY frustrating for me as an end user. form one business owner to another, I thought you’d like to know how your customers feel about the service they are receiving from your company.

it’s a magic for us in a day only few hours mails are working fine later on the mail server error starts appearing in the screen and resolves in the late mid night but the mails are sent from our end I don’t clearly understand the issues, sometimes I get the send receive error in name of 0x800ccc01f from outlook and I thought it was issue from outlook application then I worked with web-mail but the same issues there too mails are not landing to us and the error pop ups appearing on the screen , on the time of purchase I asked all required information the sales team updated this personal class pro is more sufficient to buy with and you go for unlimited space and email IDs etc.
someone please help should I upgrade the hosting account or buy new ones and move on with new company, we are majorly finding for emails solution every day we send sales quotes to our clients around 25 each of 100 employees so you can take it 1000 to 1500 mails per day with 2MB in it each and never should have trouble in future
we are working with outlook 2007 and 2013 configured in process of POP accounts and POP and SMTP server is named as musk.arvixe.com
