Question: If you had one additional hour to dedicate to your business tomorrow, what would you spend it on and why?
Focusing on the Numbers
"I'd love to spend time finalizing our Q2 month-end close. When you do services for others, it's hard to focus on that same service for your own benefit -- think in terms of the Cobbler and his children who went without shoes. It's important to focus on numbers on a monthly basis when you are growing. And I need to take a bit of my own medicine!"

Executing
"As many entrepreneurs may already know, sometimes there just isn’t enough time in a day. If I somehow found the time to dedicate an additional hour to my business, I’d continue to check things off my ever-growing checklist."

Strategizing Long-Term Play
"Its so easy to get caught up in the weeds of running a business -- playing Reactive Randy to everyone else's incoming emails, calls and requests. If I had an extra hour, I'd tackle a meatier project that could make the biggest potential impact on my business. One hour would be enough to get the ball rolling, then determine what related tasks I could start to delegate to my team."

Putting Together Team Activities
"If I had an additional hour to dedicate to my business tomorrow, I would easily spend it with my teammates playing ping pong, cooking dinner, or hiking. I swear that some of the best product ideas come out of intense battles at the ping-pong tables or sharing burnt pizza in the kitchen. We now look at team activities as not only relaxing and fun, but also as one big brainstorming session."

Communicating With Employees
"I would spend it communicating with employees. Building a bond with employees is the most important thing when running a company that requires a lot of coordination."

Improving My User Experience
"I'd take that extra hour and focus intently on our current user experience throughout the entire process of our customer engagement. So many small things can fall through the cracks, and they add up. The experience our customer has with our products and brand is so important. We dedicate a great deal of time to this, yet you can always make something better."

Business Architecture
"I always feel like I spend too much time building (construction) and not enough time planning (architecture). I would love to commit an extra hour each day to structuring projects, designing workflows and researching alternative solutions."
