Create a Competition
"Nothing encourages engagement like a good competition. I divide our staff into teams and they take a quiz based on the meeting we just had. I let them know before the meeting begins that there will be a quiz at the end and that the winning team will receive a prize. It is so fun to watch how into it your team will get. "

Offer Perks for Participation
"In brainstorming sessions, one way to encourage participation is to offer perks. This can help get ideas flowing and create friendly competition."

Empower Your Team
"Visualization helps set goals, gauge progress, and increases self-confidence when milestones are made. Mini dance parties, AKA "lymphasizing" is a fun trick I learned at a Tony Robbins conference. The No. 1 thing that stops people in their lives is fear, and the No. 2 thing is lack of energy. Visualization is empowering. Lymphasizing creates energy. "
