Find Out Which Tools You Can't Live Without
"Pick a few of the products you're not sold on and stop using them. You'll know after a few days whether you need them or not. Also, explore ways of solving multiple problems with one tool. This is surprisingly effective."

Choose a Simple Stack
"Too many tools can lead to team paralysis. Try to choose tools that aid dynamic communication working with cross-functional teams. Automation tools that allow you to complete multiple tasks simultaneously can be very useful. Exploring the multitude of new tools is fun, but stick with what works best for you and your team."

Don't Reinvent the Wheel
"As always, have a written plan in place for why you are using each SaaS and how it will measure success. Don't reinvent the wheel. Ask or research what other entrepreneurs have used, why they use it and how they measure success. If you can't find answers to these questions, it's probably not right for you!"
