Question: What is your best technological solution for time management and staying productive?
Trello
"I've been using Trello with my team for the past 12 months and it has been a complete game changer. We've fully customized their functionality to match our workflow and efficiencies have been greatly impacted. We're able to get a real-time view of ongoing projects and their collaborators. The latest integration with Slack will enable us to convert conversations into actions."

A Chess Timer
"One side of the clock is work, the other is overhead. If you're emailing/planning/coding, you're working, and if you're having coffee/food/chatting/networking, this is overhead. It tells you very quickly if you're making the most of your time. There are more advanced levels to this. Mine is to work a set number of hours before leaving each day. It helps with work-life balance as well."
Evernote
"I used to think I had to use feature-packed applications to keep track of my to-do list. I soon learned that I was more productive by just creating a simple note on Evernote each morning (or the day before) titled "Today's Work: mm/dd/yy." I list every task I want to accomplish for the day and one don't: something I need to avoid in order to keep on track and stay positive."

Google Docs
"Slack has emerged as the standard for communication across distributed teams. With all the plugins, it's a great way to monitor the activity of a team and figure out bottlenecks. Google Docs are great for collaboration and information sharing; decision making becomes straightforward and transparent. Finally, Google Hangouts is useful because certain conversations are just better face to face."
